my leg..
freaking pain man!!
after 20minits training taekwando under a hot sun
on the HOT cement
my skin
BURNS..
and...
it cracked out and bleed...
both leg oso like that..
left leg without the skin cover
right leg with the skin protect =(
very pain errr

ish!!!
i cant walk properly
i walk like a ROBOT =(
this make me cnt go for starwalk
